⚖Short-fused; He is easily flustered as well as becoming upset, usually resulting in him hitting himself on the head and calling himself "stupid"

⚖Loner; He is a loner, and tend to keep to himself most of the time. He's having a hard time to communicate with others cause of his scary appearance, he prefers to simply be left on his own.

⚖Egocentric; Full of himself and always putting himself ahead of everyone else. He has a hard time seeing other people needs and always focuses on his own needs.

⚖Manipulative; He has an easy time convincing people to do his bidding. His fearsome exterior often frigthens them so much that they dont dare to speak against him. He is not shy of using this to his advantage as often as he can.

This cute guy apparently was the guinea pig of an experiment that went wrong, mutating him and making him go mad. He fled from the place not long after that and had some issues with needles and pins in his way. They got stuck in his body and were somehow fused to his skin, becoming impossible to be taken off it and also becoming permanent wounds, something that made the rat live in endless pain.

All that only made his madness go worse, yet, Harley is very intelligent. He is always collecting different materials he finds around(sometimes even killing other animals to collect organic matterials) and making chemicals from them as temporary painkillers for his never healing wounds.
